Folk Music for Valentine's Day

 

I often visit Coverlaydown.com to listen to a wide variety of folk tunes sung by a wide variety of artists.  There is some amazing stuff there!  This Valentine's Day, which for some reason is feeling more important to me than usual, I thought I'd share some of the V Day songs that have been posted at Coverlaydown.

In the 14th century French court, nobles danced to this tune, which has survived the ages in the form of the French Christmas carol "Bring a Torch, Jeannette, Isabella."

A New song 4U
